本次會議重點安排本會年度活動計畫日期和協辦分會，和確定新會旗的設計，說明燭光儀式的大蠟燭所代表的單位和意義，也由總會統一購買分贈給各分會使用。
會中討論氣氛熱烈，理監事們進行深入且具建設性的國際化執行交流，也確立了後續推動會務重點與執行方向，順利圓滿落幕。
2026/1/22- The 9th Term, 5th Board & Supervisor Joint Meeting/ Cosmos Hotel Taipei
This meeting focused on setting the dates for this year’s activities and confirming the co-hosting clubs. The board also approved the design of the new association flag and explained the role and meaning of the main candle used in the candle ceremony. The BPW Taiwan will purchase the candles and provide them to all clubs.
The discussion was lively and productive. Board members shared many practical ideas, especially on international cooperation and implementation. The key priorities and next steps for the association were clearly set, and the meeting concluded successfully.
