“Taiwan’s strength can be both resilient and gentle.”

After hearing President Pan Hui-Ju’s story, Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Chia-lung praised it, saying, “Gentleness is the greatest strength.”

We sincerely thank BPW Taiwan for safeguarding our nation’s dignity with wisdom, harmony, and action, and for allowing the world to see Taiwan’s gentleness and resilience.

On December 8, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Chia-lung met with BPW Taiwan President Pan Hui-Ju, who reported on the achievements at the BPW Asia-Pacific Regional Conference held in Malaysia in August, including Taiwan’s successful name recognition and winning the First Place Award for Most Outstanding Country.
Minister Lin encouraged BPW Taiwan to continue its efforts for Taiwan and affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will fully support BPW Taiwan and serve as a strong backing for the organization.
