The event featured Professor Li Wei-Guo, who began with the museum&#8217;s iconic treasure, the Jadeite Cabbage, exploring its historical and cultural significance. As a masterpiece of Qing Dynasty craftsmanship, the Jadeite Cabbage reflects not only the artisans\u2019 skill but also symbolic meanings in imperial life.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Li also introduced the &#8220;Four Elegant Pastimes&#8221; cherished by Song Dynasty scholars: painting, tea brewing, incense burning, and flower planting, shedding light on their cultural importance.<\/p>\n<p>After the museum tour, participants gathered at the lobby of the Evergreen Hotel, where the Lanyun Guzheng Ensemble, under the guidance of Professor Huang Mei-Ching, performed enchanting melodies.
