The opening ceremony of 2024 BPW Global Intercultural Sisterhood Academy commenced at 14:30 in the afternoon, featuring a dynamic taiko drum performance by children from Taichung County Shifang Social Welfare Charity Foundation Shihfang Rehabilitation Center. Distinguished guests such as Director Weng Yingmin from the Central Taiwan Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Legislator Yang, Chiung-yi, Special Commissioner Chen, Su-chiu from the Social Affairs Bureau of the Taichung City Government, and President Chen, Jen-lung of Ling Tung University graced the occasion, joining together to mark this auspicious event.<\/p>\n

2024 BPW Global Intercultural Sisterhood Academy encompassed panels on sustainable issues, offering participants fresh perspectives through the exchange of knowledge and ideas both domestically and internationally. In addition to the panels, participants also had the opportunity to visit the “Sustainable Low Carbon Exhibition” and explore nature education park. It provided not only a chance for attendees to understand the natural environment but also enabling foreign guests to explore Taiwan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
